Old Photo Sleeves, Part 2

A while back, I shared a collection of old photo sleeves. So, now, before the weekend, I thought I share a few more as a quick post before logging off for a few days.

I talked a bit about Fox Photo in the previous post, but, man, I love that logo. Here's a closer look:

This next one caught my eye because of the bold colors and the artwork of the woman in the slide reminded me of Lenna:

Finally, this last one was from Roy's in Kingsville, Texas—my father's hometown and where my parents lived when I was born (though they moved not long after and I don't really remember ever living there).

Roy's opened in 1959 as a model & hobby shop and eventually transitioned to selling electronics and, of course, since this is Texas, guns. It closed in 2018.

What really caught my eye was the shitty drawing of the state of Texas, which reminded me of this one I spotted on the side of a Dallas gas station back in 2014:
